Refund & Replacement Policies:

We guarantee a 100% refund—just try our product for 90 days, and if you are dissatisfied for any reason, simply contact us at hi@greatnessfound.shop for instructions on how to get your 100% refund. For replacements, please contact hi@greatnessfound.shop so we can provide the replacement instructions. Please do not send anything back before contacting us first. Cancellation Policy:
We try to fulfill orders as soon as we receive them. If your order is placed between 7 am – 1 pm EST, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order for a quicker resolution. If you reach out to us after this time frame, we cannot guarantee that we can cancel your order before it reaches our fulfillment team. If we’re unable to process your cancellation, you can still return your order to us once you receive it.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account and contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact hi@greatnessfound.shop.
